The happy camp is mostly latte, cappuccino, and milk-forward espresso drinkers. The pods seal well, the price is excellent, and re-purchases are common. One reviewer, on their second order, called the strength "right on point" for lattes.

The critical camp is mostly straight-espresso and lungo drinkers, and the most detailed negative review walks the intensity scale flavour by flavour, concluding most feel weak at lungo volume. Doubling up pods to compensate negates the value entirely.

The undersized-pod theory. A reviewer identifying as an engineer raised a specific structural concern: the pods appear slightly undersized, letting water partially bypass the capsule rather than flowing fully through the grounds. If accurate, that would mechanically explain the weak-brew complaints. Unverified, single-reviewer hypothesis — but it appears in variations across several other negative reviews, which is more than you usually see for a theory.
